Efficient Operation and Easy Transportability

The hydraulically folding frame structure allows the machine to be quickly and conveniently set into the transport position directly from the tractor cab. Thanks to the bilateral, automatic locking mechanisms, no manual intervention is required, making the operation not only faster but also significantly safer. The 8-row design, even with a 75 cm row spacing, ensures a transport width of just 350 cm.

Stable Operation in All Conditions - High-Capacity Fertilizer Application

During operation, stability is ensured by two large, wide rubber gauge wheels, which also provide the ground drive for the fertilizer applicator. Equipped with a 1,200-liter hopper, the fertilizer application system operates with a reliable auger metering unit that has been proven in the field for many years. The application rate is flexibly adjustable within a range of 70 to 350 kg/ha, allowing it to be easily tailored to the specific nutrient requirements of different crops.

Exceptionally Robust Frame Structure - Flexible Configuration

The machine is built on an exceptionally heavy-duty, 120 × 120 × 8 mm S355 steel main beam, which maintains its structural integrity and durability even under extreme loads. The row units and tine assemblies are manufactured from solid square steel, guaranteeing a long service life even under intensive use. The angle-adjustable tines, along with various equipment options, provide maximum flexibility for farmers.

Depth adjustment is simple and precise, utilizing solid rubberized depth wheels, ensuring that cultivation is always carried out at the optimum working depth.

Durable Fertilizer Hopper and High-Quality Surface Treatment

The fertilizer hopper is constructed from durable, 3 mm thick sheet steel, providing reliable operation for many years with proper maintenance. A key advantage of the design is the emphasis on keeping the metering unit clean - ensuring continuous and trouble-free operation of the system. The meticulous surface treatment (degreasing, priming, followed by a two-component paint finished with hot-air drying) provides excellent corrosion protection.
