The ABK-116 “MTZ-Classic” 6-row row-crop cultivator is a reliable and robust implement developed specifically for the needs of small and medium-sized farms, perfectly matching the performance of MTZ-category tractors. Thanks to its compact design and solid construction, it offers an efficient and easy-to-use solution for the care of row crops and fertilizer application.

Efficient Operation and Easy Handling

The cultivator is suitable for tending 6 rows, and the two outer row units can be folded up hydraulically, making the machine compact and safe to transport.

The folding can be controlled directly from the tractor cabin, providing a quick and convenient transition from the working to the transport position. An automatic locking system ensures that the outer row units are secured safely without manual intervention.

Stable Operation and Reliable Drive

During operation, the machine's stability is ensured by two wide rubber wheels, which also drive the fertilizer spreader. This solution is simple, reliable, and requires minimal maintenance.

Precise Fertilizer Application

The cultivator is equipped with a 600-liter fertilizer tank unit, metered by a reliable auger system. The system is also suitable for applying solid fertilizers of various grain sizes.

The fertilizer volume can be adjusted between 70 and 350 kg/ha, regulated by a stepped sprocket system for the metering shaft.

Extremely Strong Frame Structure

The cultivator and fertilizer spreader are built on a 120 × 120 × 8 mm wall thickness S355 steel main beam, which provides excellent strength. This massive construction guarantees a long service life even under heavy loads.

The row units and tine mechanisms are made of solid square steel, withstanding extreme stress. The tines are angle-adjustable, and the working depth can be precisely regulated using solid rubber gauge wheels.

The machine can be equipped with:

• Ridging tines (hilling tines)

Durable and Practical Fertilizer Tank

The fertilizer spreader tank is made of 3 mm thick sheet steel, which operates reliably for many years with proper maintenance. According to manufacturing experience, the first tanks produced in 1999 are still operating in excellent condition today.

The key to durability is keeping the metering system clean, which is essential for every fertilizer spreader.

Quality Manufacturing

During the manufacturing of the machine, long-term corrosion protection is ensured by the following surface treatment process:

• Thorough degreasing and priming
• Application of a 2-component topcoat
• Curing in a hot air drying booth
